FUNCTION
Reporting directly to the Social Performance Vice President/Director or the Country Chair and MD - Mozambique, te main activities of the job includes: to develop and implement tactical plans for stakeholder engagement, land access, and cultural heritage management plans; to implement objectives for the Cabo Delgado social performance program; to build and maintain strong relationships with communities, government, CSO, and community based organizations; to implement stakeholder engagement plans, including communication and grievance mechanisms; to manage the interface with area 4 at the Cabo Delgado site level; oversee land access and resettlement programs, ensuring compliance; manage the resettlement team, livelihood restoration programs and community collective and development fund; to develop and implement social investment initiatives and manage budgets; to lead and mentor the social performance team at site level; ensure compliance with social performance regulations and prepared reports from site performance.
