We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead training initiatives for franchisee teams in the stockbroking industry. This role involves designing and delivering impactful training programs that build capabilities, enhance performance, and ensure regulatory alignment across a distributed franchise network.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training modules for franchisee partners and their teams with a focus on:
    • Communication and Client Handling
    • Sales Enablement and Product Pitching
    • Compliance and Regulatory Guidelines
  • Conduct both induction and refresher training sessions for new and existing franchisees.
  • Develop customized training content and digital learning modules tailored to the stockbroking sector.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; implement improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with business heads and regional stakeholders to identify skill gaps and align training programs with business goals.
  • Create dashboards, feedback mechanisms, and training MIS to track and report the impact of training efforts.

Requirements:

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in training or L&D, preferably in the stockbroking or financial services franchise model.
  • Strong background in delivering soft skills and retail investor education programs.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with regional teams and willingness to travel for training rollouts.
  • Good understanding of capital market products including equities, derivatives, mutual funds, etc.
  • Language proficiency in English; regional language skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Certifications in NISM modules or Learning & Development programs are an added advantage.
