Tasks:
- Provide information about products and services via phone, chat, and email
- Assist customers with order processing, delivery tracking, and service-related inquiries
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Evaluate and monitor the performance of solar panel systems through internal tools (e.g., reading graphs, restarting systems, troubleshooting issues)
- Support installation and technical setup
- Coordinate warranty-related replacements and repairs
- Communicate delivery updates and resolve shipment-related issues
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth technical and service operations
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
- Strong technical curiosity or interest in renewable energy or connected devices
- Confident English skills (minimum B2 level – trainings are held in English)
- Advanced German or Dutch language skills (minimum C1 level)
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
