Position: Digital Developer & Designer (Google and Meta Analytics) (WordPress & Video Editing Experience)
Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 90,000/month
Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays , 9:00AM to 5:00PM Melbourne Time

OVERVIEW:
The company is seeking a Digital Developer & Designer who can take the lead in building and maintaining our websites while also supporting light no-code automation and short-form video editing needs. This role is both development- and design-focused work having a good grasp of UI/UX principles will help ensure smooth implementation and can collaborate on designs, as well design sites, and want this person to track data/conversions etc. and then provide feedback on changing website layouts to improve the statistics. If you enjoy clean builds, efficient workflows, and a mix of technical tasks, this is a great fit.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, update, and maintain WordPress websites using supplied designs and assets.
- Build and refine no-code automations to improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
- Support future platform needs, including occasional work with Shopify (not essential at this stage).
- Edit short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for social platforms, using provided footage and briefs.
- Motion graphics for video editing (basic animation)
- Perform video tasks such as cutting, sequencing, color grading, and basic animation/motion elements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, manage plugins, and ensure strong site performance.
- Collaborate closely with the team to deliver polished, on-time development outputs.
- Create digital dashboard (using Studio Looker and/or similar to create custom dashboards for each of our clients that pulls data from Meta, Google and Google sheets)
- Research AI tools for digital development
- EDM builds as well in HTML at minimum, ideally they can use Campaign Monitor or Klaviyo
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–5+ years of experience in WordPress development.
- Strong understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, CMS structure, and page builders.
- Experience with no-code automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Airtable Automations, or similar.
- Experience and skills in workflow automation, integrations, and new digital tool adoption:
- Google analytics
- API integration experience
- Campaign monitor/Klaviyo
- Workflow automation
- Reporting
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for short-form editing; After Effects or motion graphics experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles to help ensure quality execution of provided designs.
- Solid troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Portfolio required showcasing WordPress projects and video editing samples.
PREFERRED SKILLS (nice to have):
- Basic experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- A creative approach to motion and visual enhancements while staying aligned with brand direction.
