What You Will Do:
This is a core client management role focused on our global accounts. You will be at the forefront of managing non Thai accounts under your area, elevating them through offering new product / service recommendations, and act as liaison between the support and business development teams, ensuring clients issues are promptly addressed, and client satisfaction is maintained from obtaining regular feedback.About the Role
We are looking for someone who is an experienced global client account manager first and foremost. You will be naturally curious with excellent communication skills to the level that you can hold conversations with Csuite or local teams with fluency and ease. You will need to develop a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as our internal processes and support functions, ensuring products and services match with client objectives from the very start, whilst being consistently looking for ways to improve and elevate their business.
This is a role for someone who has proven experience working in global client account management, ideally within the digital signage industry. You will bring systems literacy from CRMs to support systems, be confident and competent in preparing and presenting presentations to clients in English at all levels, and be native English language.
A typical day might look like the following:
- Strategic Account Growth: Work with business development in attending regular client meetings to better understand what clients are looking for and their long term objectives, before products and solutions are confirmed.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary strategic contact for key accounts outside of Thailand. You will oversee and manage core accounts from initial sale to implementation, make presentations or calls with clients, and work closely with the support team in managing proactively any front line non technical issues with the client.
- Account Elevation: Look for new opportunities to elevate existing accounts through offering missing solutions that we offer which address their concerns and needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments ensuring all aspects of the clients interaction with Giant Pumpkin is seamless, and any issues quickly resolved and communication consistent with the client.
- Performance & Insights: Lead regular strategic business reviews with key clients, presenting performance insights, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing new initiatives.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to inform account strategies and identify new growth areas.
How Your Impact Will Be Measured:
- Exponential Growth: Direct impact on new business generation, meticulously tracked quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year.

Requirements
Who Are We Looking For:
- Time in the Trenches: We are looking for someone who has a minimum 3 years proven experience in global client account management ideally within the digital signage or technology solutions field.
- Attitude is Everything: You will possess an anything is possible mindset, be highly organized, and confident jumping on calls or presenting data with mid level executives.
- Driven by Purpose: You want to see consistent improvement and be part of its successful delivery.
- Bangkok Based: This role requires you to be based in Bangkok. We are looking for someone who already has exposure to living and working here.
- Communication is Key: Native level English, with strong written and presentation communication skills is a must.
- Systems Savvy: You will be comfortable using both CRMs to track your performance and understand client accounts from a data perspective, and capable of preparing and presenting presentations as required internally to the team and to external clients.
Note: This role is not for new graduates, or a digital marketing role. It's a sales centric role that is focused on being hands on with clients, working closely with other departments to deliver excellent client services and ability to pitch and close business as well as manage existing accounts.
