Gather, transform, and analyze business performance and large business datasets to be used to support business performance tracking, potential business opportunities/problems, and customer characteristics and portfolio analysis.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Explore new business opportunities including new products/services or new location.
Diligence in new business opportunities and launch new product or project within timeline.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Producing actionable insights that will be used to support or devise new strategies.
Managing projects, developing project plans, monitoring performance and ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Manage, monitoring, and troubleshoot projects to ensure the achievement of business plans.
Developing reports, dashboards, analysis and some automations (will be generally with SQL, EXCEL, in-House tools)
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management to develop growth initiatives.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Perform all other duties assigned by manager or reporting line.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management, IT, Engineer, or related fields.
At least 4 years of experience in Business Development or Project Manager is required.
Project management – Be able to track time, budget, progress of any individual project.
You may need this skill to solve any problem that comes up during a typical workday. You will be analyzing data and making decisions that affect the project on a regular basis.
Strong logical and structured thinking
Sense of ownership is a must for working as a project manager.
Good command of English in writing, reading, listening, and speaking is essential, as Ooca is a start-up company with international workforce.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment and prioritize among competing tasks/errands.
Love numbers. Able to extract the insights from large number of datasets and utilize the information to come up with business ideas.
Excel proficiency is mandatory.
Experience working with one or more language for querying (e.g., C++, Java, SQL, PYTHON)
Experience in Data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or other analytic tools etc.
