We’re searching for a Project Manager who can keep big ideas organized and moving forward. With your mix of software know-how and communication skills, you’ll guide projects from kickoff to delivery while keeping both clients and the team in sync.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the project team and ensuring effective collaboration with the client;
- Monitoring and controlling ongoing tasks, deadlines, and deliverables;
- Preparing and maintaining project financial reports, including budget tracking and cost control;
- Facilitating clear communication between the team, stakeholders, and clients;
- Identifying risks and resolving issues to keep the projects on track.
What we’ll need from you:
- 2+ years of experience in IT project management (ideally in outsourcing);
- B2+ level of English (both written and spoken);
- Deep understanding of software development processes;
- Experience with project financial reporting, budget tracking, cost control;
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, etc.);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working in an outsourcing environment;
- A great sense of humor ☺️
