The Marketing Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can handle multiple projects concurrently and is familiar with project management tools such as Airtable, Trello, Asana, or similar.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, developers, and external agencies, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Trello, Asana) to organize tasks, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project meetings, provide status updates, and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
- Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and meet quality standards.
- Continuously evaluate project outcomes and processes, implementing improvements as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Airtable, Trello, Asana, or similar.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices is a plus.
