What you will do:

    • Tax Exemptions Certificates
    • Certificate of Residencies (international)
    • Researching and completing necessary documentation for refunds
    • Reach out and collect purchase order(s) from customers
    • Experience in completing customer vendor form requests
    • Provide our company banking details/or confirming banking details with our customers
    • Review the “AR Incoming email box” and determine which collector the email(s) is for
    • Work with collectors on related issues quickly, efficiently, and effectively
    • Quick, accurate critical decision making is a daily activity
    • Work with cross functional departments to resolve payment or accounting issues
    • Strong Knowledge of payment portals

What you will bring to Coupa:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in working Accounts Receivable with an emphasis in the High-Tech, Saas Industry Preferred
    • Customer service oriented role with excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
    • Thrives under pressure in a very fast-paced, high volume environment
    • Ability to think critically and work independently
    • Highly accountable and works with a sense of urgency
    • Strong work ethic
    • Detail oriented
    • Collaborative team member with the ability to work cross functionally
    • Google Suite, email experience preferred
    • NetSuite and Salesforce experience a plus
    • Excel, Pivot Tables, V-lookups
    • Tesorio experience is a plus but not a requirement
    • Clear understanding of the “Quote to Cash Process”
