In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of products within a rapidly growing travel business, focusing on creating impactful experiences for customers and stakeholders. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will span the full product lifecycle, from discovery and research to launch and iteration, leveraging data to inform decisions and optimize outcomes. Accountabilities:

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for integrations within the travel business.
  • Oversee medium and large-scale product launches, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and cross-functional teams to define detailed requirements and deliverables.
  • Conduct user research, discovery, and data analysis to identify opportunities and validate product hypotheses.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy effectively to internal teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze KPIs, and iterate to optimize user experience and business impact.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for your product area, understanding market trends and positioning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of owning products end-to-end.
  • Experience in the travel, hospitality, or payments space is preferred.
  • Strong user-centric mindset with expertise in conducting user research and discovery.
  • Ability to define and track KPIs to measure product success and drive optimization.
  • Entrepreneurial approach, comfortable with continuous iteration, A/B testing, and data-driven decisions.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present ideas clearly.
  • Experience with lean and agile product development methodologies.
  • Comfortable managing initiatives across multiple time zones and collaborating in a global environment.
